Returns and Exchange Policy
Every garment at Label Ikshaa undergoes meticulous quality checks before dispatch.
At this time, we do not offer returns on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, we understand that sizes may differ - which is why we offer an exchange option.
If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing issue, you can do so within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us within 48 hours of order receipt at care@labelikshaa.com. Our team will look into the issue and revert back within 3-4 working days.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Please ensure an appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s).
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Tags must be intact.
- The product(s) must be in the same condition as received.
- Please note that customized pieces and sale discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision to exchange the product be made and the requested size be delivered to you.
Please note that the shipping of the exchanged products depends on the availability of the requested size. In case the size is not available, the money will be refunded back to you in the form of online credit.
The product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. Please photograph any damage or defect immediately upon opening the packaging.
