What if a piece is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly?
If your order is wrongfully delivered (item delivered is different from the order placed online) or has a genuine quality issue, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order. To return or exchange a product, please email us within 48 hours of order receipt at care@labelikshaa.com. Please ensure that the product has not been used, is in its original condition and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s).
What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 weeks.
What is your refund policy?
In case an order is cancelled or a product is delivered damaged or delivered incorrectly, please email us at care@labelikshaa.com within 48 hours of order receipt with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and an image and a video clip of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our team will look into the issue and revert back within 3-4 working days.
How will refunds be processed?
All refunds will be directly transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of reaching out to our customer care team.
